   The staff at Boots were extremely helpful during our visit yesterday. We purchased a foundation that unfortunately did not match my wife’s skin tone, as it was darker than her complexion. A young lady near the luxury brand counters, such as Clinique, discussed the issue with her manager and kindly assisted us in replacing it with the correct shade. We also bought a lipstick that turned out to be defective, as it wouldn’t twist up or down. After showing our bill, another young lady at the tills helped us replace the faulty lipstick without any hassle. Overall, we were very pleased with the support and excellent customer service provided by the Boots staff. ---

   This store has the capacity to be great. It’s a great size and well placed, but it’s beginning to look like it was dragged out of the blitz. The whole place is in serious need of a remodel. I won’t buy make up from here anymore as it’s hard to find anything that hasn’t been opened and used. The stock is quite all over the place and needs a good merchandiser to come and bring the store together better. So even though I live a 10 minute walk to Stockport, I will always choose to drive to the Boots in the Trafford centre as I don’t feel like I need a bath when I leave that one.

   The store itself and the staff are nice although my last visit I was followed by the security guard as soon as I walked through the door. He waited 2 feet away whilst I made my purchase at the pharmacy as he's already decided that I'm going to steal something. Unfortunately I won't be visiting there again to be followed by a judgemental idiot.

   I have rated this boots store with 4 stars just because there is no staff around to help, I believe they are only on the luxurious brands but if you are willing to buy a drugstore brand such as maybelline or revolution there is no body that helps. I wanted to buy for instance a serum of retinol at the “the ordinary” section but they were out of stock I had to walk towards other members of staff from benefit so they could tell me which girl could help and then when I asked she just didn’t give any solution or whatsoever. Besides this little incidents they have a wide range of brands and is always nice that they have very good deals. I would also recommend before purchasing any product please download the app as the advantage card accumulate pounds.

   Was a bit sparse. Not a lot to chose from, especially this time of year. Staff were friendly enough. However I needed to speak with a Boots agent on the phone. The agents name was Shirley. She is an angel sent from above. What a beautiful soul. She bent over backwards to help me. Boots are very lucky to have her on their team. Thank you Shirley.

   The staff are readily available and very knowledgeable about products and where things are. I used the No.7 counter yesterday and as always got brilliant customer service. The lady knew what I was looking for and applied some so I knew I was satisfied with it before purchase.

   Came into the Stockport store on Saturday to buy some aftershave and we were served by Gisele. She was very approachable, friendly and patient when she was letting us try out the testers. 5 star service and we left the store with a smile and some nice new aftershave! Will definitely return in the future

   Visited this store specifically to buy sun cream. There was a very poor selection in favour of Christmas stock, it's September!. Fortunately I found a good selection in a rival store. Also Boots are very expensive, a bottle of branded hair conditioner at 2 other stores £2.49, Boots price for exactly the same stuff £6!!.
