Beautiful hotel and loved the art deco styling. Gorgeous downstairs interiors. We booked a cosy room which was big enough for our stay. We had everything we needed and loved having a bath. We were on the 8 th floor which was really quiet despite looking over the square. Convenient for everything in Leeds city centre. The staff were very friendly.

Love staying at the Queens. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The showers are hot and powerful with complementary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is hot and a decent quality. It's right next to the train station and opposite city square. Always enjoy my stay here.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and had the loveliest time. Our room was so cozy, and the view looked right out onto the main square in Leeds, with the cutest Christmas markets twinkling below. On Sunday night, we went down to the hotel bar for some drinks, and it was just perfectβbeautifully decorated with delicious cocktails that made the evening feel extra special. Before we left, I realised I had forgotten my rings in the room. I called the hotel the next day, and the wonderful Katie helped me straight away. She was so kind, so sweet, and genuinely caring. She arranged everything to have my rings safely posted back to London, and I couldnβt be more grateful. Absolutely amazing experience overall, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Katie!

I had a great stay at The Queens Hotel in Leeds. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Wioletta, who was incredibly kind and responsive. She went above and beyond in bringing me much-needed ice for my medication. Her hospitality and care made a big difference to my stay. Thank you.

We stayed at the Queens hotel over a weekend as a couple and a dog. If you like Art Deco you'll love the hotel which has a classical style. The interiors of the public spaces on the ground floor are also well maintained and gorgeous. Even the staircases have a kind of shabby 1930s chic. We had a room facing the square on the first floor. The room was clean, well laid out, modern but sympathetic to the architecture and spacious. Windows were steel with secondary glazing and there was a little noise (Leeds is not a quiet city) but nothing to bother us. We didn't have a bath and the shower cubicle was fine, albeit a bit claustrophobic (and why can hotels NEVER manage to have showers that don't leak all over the floor). The hotel doesn't charge anything extra for dogs but equally isn't able to provide things like bowls for water etc (for "hygiene reasons") so come prepared. Staff were helpful and friendly, including late night security on the door. The hotel is right by the station, and has a connecting entrance, so is very convenient. No parking at the hotel but there are discounts at local car parks. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely delightful Art Deco building throughout. Rooms are large and nicely presented and exceptionally clean. We only had breakfast at the hotel as their famous restaurant is actually not dog friendly while the hotel is, and the food at breakfast was really high quality. Service is very good too

Lovely hotel, lovely breakfast the next morning (included in the price) we stayed in the superior King room, nice view of the city Square. The bed was a great size, and very comfortable. The flush on the toilet was not great (this needs looking at) the shower was powerful and spacious. The TV was my only complaint, you could rent movies for around Β£7 which we chose not to do. The TV guide on the normal television didn't work, it just said no information, no option to look into the settings to fix it so we didn't know what we was about to watch, not ideal. Overall I would stay at this hotel again and we are impressed, lovely decor throughout.

Can not fault the staff or the hotelβs beauty. Unfortunately that is where it ends. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Poor quality produce and overcooked. Not what you expect for Β£15 per head. Other options available subject to additional charges. All guests were packed in like sardines. The poor elderly lady next to our table was unable to get in or out of her seat without the tables being manoeuvred around the dining area. The bar on the evening was understaffed, not a particularly busy evening, yet a good 5+ minutes to order a drink and at Β£46 for 4 drinks I would expect a faster service. The room was not particularly clean, dirt and dust in the corners of the bathroom, splash stains on the paint work and tiles. The shower needed a good clean, body fat and dirt around the base and door seal. Rather disappointed, wanted to stay here for many years.

Close to the station, great breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed. I liked that there was a full length mirror with lights in the room, and the shower was good. I had an issue with the sink as the plug was stuck and wouldnβt come up. Would be better if there was a mirror on the desk and if there was a bath also, but overall a good stay.
