Apart from the overpowering smell of the sewers upon entering (which I attributed to the ongoing road works outside the premises) this place has everything you could ask for in the heart of the city.Brilliantly located across the road from the train station & within a few minutes convenient walk of the bus station. Although my room was a wee bit dated it was clean, tidy, well stocked, well appointed and most importantly very quiet for such a busy night around the city. Staff are prompt, courteous, efficient, very helpful and most importantly very professional & pleasant. The cost for a midweek stay was reasonable given its very central location and I will be back here again any time I pass through Leeds.

Nice hotel a 2 minute walk to rail station. Friendly staff however I was awoken at 6am by loud banging and what sounded like metal being rolled along the ground. It seemed to be coming from ground level within the hotel and I was on the 5th floor. It went on for forty minutes, annoying to say the least. Continental breakfast average and the coffee machine was out of order, with a guy trying to fix it.

Echo what most others are saying. Location was perfect, staff were all absolutely lovely and very helpful. The room, whilst clean and well stocked, was freezing cold even with the radiator on full blast. The pillows were also very thin and therefore uncomfortable. It was draughty because there’s no double glazing, and you could hear literally every single sound in the hallways outside your rooms.

The hotel location was convenient but that means nothing when you have to sleep in a cold horrid room. And my son and I were allocated a quiet room at the end of a long cold and smelly coridoor. In saying that, the staff were amazing and I cannot rate them highly enough. Every person we came across was incredible and i think that they should be paid extremely highly and given lots of perks because they are a credit to the hotel. The room was so cold I didn't want to get out of the small horrid hospital type bed. The decor was old and stale and the carpets and bath room were filthy. We needed a place to stay and we paid in advance and didn't have the energy to complain at the end of a long day. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but the staff could certainly find jobs in high end hotels as they were so warm and kind and lovely.

The location is perfect, right in front of the Railway station and the Airport bus has a stop right behind the corner. 4* as it is a very basic option I would recommend only because of the location itself. The rooms are getting old and the bathroom is worn out. We had a leaky WC for example. Overall great if you are in transit.

Super convenient for the train station and central shops. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Lots of street noise in the early hours and before dawn.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was expensive for what it was, very small and needs a re-furb, bed was very comfortable. Large gap around the door to the entrance of the room which made the room light when trying to sleep. Paid for bed and breakfast which had no choice only continental which we wasn't aware of, this was very poor, will definitely not be staying there again.

Really really great staff couldn't fault them in any way! The room however was just not to my liking the TV was in a weird place and the signal kept dropping out. I didn't trust the lock on the door so I had to put a chair against it. The room was always freezing because the radiator was pitiful. It only heated up 4cm around the radiator and you couldn't get a snug fit on the windows when closing them so cold air would get through. If you did get warm in your room and wanted to open the window to get some fresh air you will be greeted by the neverending sound of the AC units outside. The staff were absolutely amazing though.

If I would to do some pros on this hotel the most important factor is its location which located very close to train station. Another positive point is the price,I have booked a double room for 60.75 £ is acceptable. The room was small but cozy and clean,so you shouldn't expect an inviting decoration.besides ,staffs are very friendly and nice.
