   I went to the Pharmacy to get my partners prescription. Annie - The lady who assisted me is a credit to the store. Nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to explain how the medication will help and suggested other things that would help. She was caring, helpful and funny. Please can this be passed on to her superiors as she deserves all the recognition for her excellent service. I always want to be served by her. Someone please give this lady a raise. I’ve been in before with issues and whoever served me in the past didn’t know what they are doing. Missing prescription, long delays, just a mess. Annie is an asset to the ‘walk in’ pharmacy

   Went in to speak to the Manager named Deeba on how people get a job in the boots. She was so rude and had 0 customer service it was actually shocking. I have never been spoken to like that by someone and I would say avoid this store. She said they haven’t hired someone new in 4 years and I could see the store was empty. Probably because of the disgusting customer service no one goes in there anymore. Avoid this store just go into the next town I would say.

   It is no wonder , why have many customers here complained your service. I have been on 14 May after pick my child up from school. I went in to buy a gift. My child tried the bush on her hair while I reading a gift box details. Old lady staff saw it , and ask me to buy. Sure I will but the old lady took my gym bag on the floor away to her tills without asking me. I already paid for a gift and bush and asked the bag back. She hold it with two fingers back to me. I walked out and back in again the price on shelf and receipt doesn’t the same. the old lady calls here colleague to service me in stead. She checked the receipt and the price on shelf, “promotion already expired. “ she said without sorry. So, I decided returned it. Because the price is incorrect. Me and my child had bad service experience and racist actions from your staff.

   Went in to get some cream from the chemist counter waited about 10 minutes the pharmacy people could see us there and continued to chat finally someone came and apologised said they where very busy but there was only us in the store

   Boots...interior looking a little bit outdated, items that I wanted to purchase was not in stock, spoke to a member of staff they didn't know why the item wasnt in stock and doesn't know when it will be in stock, some selves were empty...I suppose its all to do with the location, not all boots look the same...but this was my experience...

   As far as shopping for your standard healthcare products, toiletries etc it is has a very good range of products even though it's smaller than the one in the Manchester Arndale.the staff are pleasant and helpful in their customer service.i haven't ever used the pharmacy though.its well located within easy reach of carparks and public transport.
