   This was a week long apartment rental. Nice location, and the management was responsive when I had questions. Replaced burned out light bulbs the same day. Great WiFi. They sent easy to understand instructions with pictures, which was appreciated. One thing to note is that they only heat the hot water once a day in the evening. There was not enough hot water for 2 people to wash their (long) hair the same day. This may be a thing here but I'm visiting from out of country. Shower pressure was great! Depending on the side of the building you get a view of the dock or the school. The school is noisy during school hours but not enough to annoy. Taxis are only allowed to drop off near the Tesco. Ubers drop off wherever. Bed was fine but I'm under 6 foot tall.

   Google keeps telling me I've visited here but it's just apartments not a hotel. I live in this building and holiday lets and air B&B type lettings aren't allowed so I don't think this place exists... If it does be careful booking it - there's a management team that will come and kick you out if you aren't a permanent resident.

   Amazing location..close to the station and amenities. Highly recommend this area for living . They have a good building management. There are couple of pubs in the vicinity for the convenience of the residents . There's a huge Sainsbury's on one side of the complex & the beautiful canal towpath on the other .. Right across from the complex is Crown Point Shopping Park . The City Centre, train station are a 10-15 mins walk away. A major office complex surrounds the area and is an added advantage for working professionals Of all the apartments that I saw, I was the happiest with the benefits of this one !

   There "flats" not apartments and paying ££££ to live here does not change them from the Quarry hill flats clone it is. These places are the slums of the future
