   I sadly had to have my 13 year old dog put to sleep. Medivet Gatley were amazing, they rushed us right in, sat with us whilst we went through the procedure and told us to go home and not to worry about payment and they would contact us. They contacted a week later for payment and were very caring. They rang back a few days later when our precious boy was back and the casket, pawprint, poem and bag of fur was just beautiful. They were amazing and so thoughtful throughout our sadness I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you so much.

   Greenbank were brilliant today. Can’t thank them enough. My lab got a stick stuck to the roof of her mouth. I couldn’t get it out. She was clearly in great distress. I took her straight to the vets. They saw and examined her immediately Had theatre ready if needed. Luckily they were able to remove under sedation and all is well. I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to publicly say thank you.

   I've taken my cats ro Greenbank for over 10 years. I've always found staff to be very friendly and thorough. Since becoming Medivet the prices for flea treatment in particular have increased and the charge for a private prescription is extortionate.

   I feel its all about making money and very little about whats right for my pet. I used to thini Greenbank were great but since they moved i feel. Its like they care more about getting as much money as they can rather than my pets welfare. I understand its a business but the last time i went i just felt under pressure to spend money rather than what my dog needed. I appreciate they have some great reviews but i have decided to find another vet to care for my pet.
