   Amazing vets!! Our dog, Monty was severely sick at Easter this year with pancreatitis, sepsis and IMHA. He wouldn’t eat because of the pain and was so weak. The team nursed him back to health over a 3 day stay in ICU and ongoing treatment. 11 months on he is now in remission from IMHA thanks to Crispian and the team. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart! ❤️ Thankyou for not giving up on Monty. X

   This is the first time I have been to my pets vets. I was sent by another vet. My dog was at death’s door and now he’s home enjoying his cuddles. The vet rang me every day to keep me updated on his progress. I’m not saying it’s cheap but they are in my eyes excellent.

   My pets vets at Lowton are the best vets around. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The vets are amazing especially Rick, he has been outstanding with my boy Tom, who has seizers.All my goldens are very well looked after every time they go. Julia is very nice and helpful, she goes above and beyond to help. All the vets are so friendly, it helps if your feeling stressed. I personally would not want my to go anywhere else. Outstanding xxx

   Visited for the first time due to our family dog being unwell. Cannot speak highly enough about each member of staff who dealt with us. After a consultation and scan our worse fears were confirmed. We were informed of Floyd’s condition and our options were discussed at length. All our questions were answered and our feelings were considered. We were given time and space to consider all the information we’d been given. We phoned the following day as we knew we were prolonging things for our benefit and it was unfair on Floyd. The most awful of situations was eased by the support and care we were shown by every member of staff. The compassion we felt was second to none. We arranged to return with Floyd, on return we immediately taken to a room to be alone, Floyd was given a blanket and a quilt to make himself comfy but he chose the floor, which was always his preference. We were allowed as much time as we needed and Floyd was treated to some chocolate which he loved. When we were ready Floyd was sent to sleep after which we were once again given as much time as needed. I would like to thank everyone at the practice, with extra thanks to Anna who saw us on both occasions. She changed her duties on the day to be with us as Floyd had met her the day before. Him being calm and feeling at ease was her first concern, our coping with this situation was her second. I would not hesitate recommending this practice and once again huge thanks to all the team for their duty of care and compassion. They all helped ease our heartache.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT bring your pets here if you care about what is best for them. I recently bought a puppy which was supposedly fully health checked by this clinic on Friday the 10th of June 2022, I received the puppy on Sunday June 12th less than 48 hours after the vet visit. The breed of this puppy is an xl American bully so as you would imagine they are big dogs, this puppy weighs 1.5 kilos (slightly more than a bag of sugar) at 8 weeks old, the expected weight of this breed at this age is around 20 pounds. The puppy is severely under weight and could of died if she was not treated fast. I contacted this vets in 2 separate emails with images of the condition of the dog, and a vet report from my own vet proving the puppy was extremely unwell and underweight but got no response. I wanted to know why the vet did not pick up on this and report it to the appropriate parties or treat the dog for any of the issues she has. The puppy in these pictures is what this clinic deemed “healthy” and fully health checked.

   I seriously cannot praise this practice enough. The reception staff excel at their positions, are well informed and give empathy and reassurance to owners. We had an emergency dental procedure which turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. Throughout i was kept informed fully updated of my beloved dogs progress. The vets were very forthcoming with information and answered all the questions I had. Very impressed with the whole service, treatment and cost. I rarely do reviews unless its very bad or outstanding. My experience was absolutely outstanding. Thank you to all staff who dealt with Bonnie x. You were brilliant!! And shes doing fine !

   Willow came to My Pets Vets for her spay operation in March 2022. When we went to collect her she had a large bleed and had to be rushed back in. Willow had to stay overnight, and we collected her in the morning without issue. Throughout the time Willow spent at My Pets Vets they were in constant regular contact with us, keeping us updated and alleviating any concerns. When Willow had her bleed the receptionist and the vet dropped everything to ensure that she was okay, and it's really nice to know that you are leaving your pet in the hands of people who truly care. Changing our vet to My Pets Vets is one of the best decisions we've made in a long time. The helpfulness of everyone at the surgery, as well as the use of their app, has made the whole process of taking our pet to the vet a lot easier than we ever imagined.
