   At the beginning of September our frenchie Gizmo has been referred for consultation due to pain in his neck. We have been seen the next day, CT scan confirmed slipped disc already suspected after quick examination. Surgery was the same day, he has been recovering amazingly quick and well, his cut healed perfectly and we cannot thank all the team enough! Dr. Radu, Dr. James Weston, Dr. Dimitrij, Rachel at the reception, nurses and all staff members who looked after our Baby have been absolutely amazing! The approach, help, answering all of our questions, there is no words to describe the gratitude! Thank you for giving us our boy his happy life back! We would recommend this clinic to everyone!

   I honestly cannot rate this referral centre highly enough! My dog, Brad, suddenly became lame in one of his back legs. After having X-rays at my local vets, he was referred to a centre they normally use. That centre wanted to operate straight away without even seeing Brad and at double the cost of Northwest Referrals. I wasn’t convinced and decided to get a second opinion. I asked my vets to send Brad’s notes over to Northwest Referrals, where we met the vet, Dimitar. I was so anxious, but he patiently answered all my questions. After a thorough discussion, he recommended avoiding surgery for now and suggested rest, as he believed the injury was muscular and could heal naturally. Four weeks later, we went back for a check-up and Brad is almost fully recovered! It’s clear that Northwest Referrals put animal care and welfare ahead of profit, something I didn’t feel from the other centre. A huge, heartfelt thank you from both me and Brad. Hopefully we won’t need another referral in the future but if we ever do, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to come back here!

   I had a fantastic experience with the team at Northwest Referrals while searching for an affordable MRI. They were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to help. Not only did they provide affordable Scans, but they also sent regular updates on Loki's progress through an app during his time there, which really put my mind at ease. I can't recommend them enough for their professionalism, care, and exceptional service!

   We would have been lost without this vets. We had an affordable MRI and their aftercare was great. Staff are very professional. Richard really went above and beyond for us twice. It’s greatly appreciated that he made time for us and was very helpful both times. The reception staff are always very friendly and courteous too. Sadly the distance is a little too far for us to use them as our everyday vets but I wouldn’t hesitate about using them as such. They have an app which is helpful so you can ask questions to keep the phone line free for emergencies etc. We will always be grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, thank you.

   An outstanding veterinary clinic and the entire team are fantastic. Our lovely Frenchie Lenny needed to have an operation on his back which was performed by Adam who was amazing, he kept us informed regularly and explained everything that was happening step by step. All the team have worked tirelessly to keep him calm and provided the best treatment to ensure he felt safe and loved. Can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. Lenny is doing brilliantly now and it’s only 4 weeks after surgery, he is now able to go for a walk - thanks again Adam :)

   Hands down, the best veterinarians I’ve ever met. My dog Evie needed surgery on her elbow, I received the first call on the Monday, she had the surgery by the following after. Everything was explained fully, clearly and politely. Adam was the surgeon, I recommend him unequivocally, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly a big animal lover, which always helps. Follow up was great, procedure was successful and her recovery has been brilliant. She had been in pain for some time, I can’t express how grateful am to NWR for giving my baby her life back, and me my best friend back for long walks. If you ever need your fur babies taking care of, I would not hesitate to recommend taking them here. The reception staff are extremely friendly and professional too. I hope that helps

   Thank you to your experienced team who really looked after my elderly pet Jessie Pig when she had collapsed and needed to have a heart scan. I was informed all along on what the procedure was for and the findings explained to me; it was a worrying time she was cosy and cared for by the lovely nurses during her recovery anaesthetic, the Nurses sent me pictures of her snuggled in a blanket. Many thanks to you all I appreciate your kindness and professionalism.
