First experience on virgin hair and did not disappoint absolutely obsessed. Very polite, friendly ,hardworking clean all of the things you look for in a hairdressers highly suggest joe he is amazing at what is does you feel seen and listened to communication is 10/10.This is Not a hairdressers you leave feeling disappointed. Went there yesterday with my son. There was only one barber and he was with a client. We waited for almost 20 mins and left . The barber kept going out on fag breaks and getting his client cups of coffee. Would not recommend going there.
The staff there are kind,helpful and they bring out a good atmosphere. I've had to cancel a few times(as sometimes my illness gets in the way), The Staff are just brilliant, Maddie cut my hair just before Christmas, and i was extremely pleased with what she did...she cut my hair to get rid of the layers,I went back a few weeks ago, and I let Maddie have free rein on what she did. I can't Thank the staff enough for treating me as a 'Normal Person",

Last week I visited Terry's looking for my first ever colouring and they were so accommodating! I managed to get an appointment within 3 days due to a cancellation and had an outstanding experience. With only one photo of what I wanted, Julie was able to take it and run with it, giving me a set of bright highlights that would be improved by toning. She didn't try to oversell or do the more difficult option for the customer and advised an incredibly affective and cheap shampoo for maintenance. Poppy then gave an excellent shampoo job, essentially got a free massage so love that, then Ali did a great job with my men's cut, changing up my style slightly while accommodating what I was after and even patiently waiting for a second shampooing just to get the perfect colour. He was so precise and definite, making slight adjustments where others would have stopped. Julie kept an eye on the whole final process to ensure it turned out perfect. Have to say it was a fantastic experience, I felt safe and welcome and got a great haircut out of it. Thanks so much to everyone at Terry's, see you in 4 weeks!
