   Did an order with Asda Hindley via Uber pick up , as unable to get out myself , how can Asda not have any Semi Skimmed Milk ?? Or a substitute ?? Last time they didn’t have a tin of tuna ! Or substitute! The staff are too lazy to look, so inconvenient for loyal customers.

   Gone SO downhill this last year or so . Replaced all the best staff . No atmosphere, too expensive . Much dearer than a few other supermarkets . I actually laugh at how ridiculous the prices are compared to others . Be careful if you're rushing & always check your receipt. Unfortunately, sometimes you dont have time. They've charged me twice for items so many times either purposely or just not concentrating. Used to like it in here & spend a lot but now I only go if I absolutely have to because its nearer than others. Theres a few staff there now who are totally incompetent . Lots of staff changes since lockdown & not for the better. Needs a shake up & better leadership .

   Sorry to Asda but your customer service in this store is shocking, after placing items on the belt I was then told to go to self service, there’s a reason why people don’t use self service hence not feeling very well, I’m shacking and suffering really badly with my mental health, it taken 2 members of staff to deal with one customer. Secondly I was at the self service and had items that needed approval I waited approximately 5 minutes with no one coming to me and others waiting as well. I left my items and walked away, thanks to your colleges you have lost money today on a sale, yes it wasn’t much, around £15 but I’m not being treated like a mug. 27September at around 10.30am. Check your CCTV footage and you will clearly see what I’m meaning. Iv always had a good experience with Asda especially with the smaller stores but not today. Sorry to leave you negative review but these employees need dealing with and il be escalating this further if no reply. Thank you.
