   Absolute disgrace of a letting agency! After complaining about my flat flooding my landlord said to me "if you dont like it then leave" If your new to Leeds or a student avoid this agency by any means necessary. Knowingly work with shady landlords and will do anything in their power to avoid repairing issues with their properties. My flat has flooded four times since moving in on July 1st of this year and the agency couldn't care less. Ive been forced into buying a water vacuum and dealing with the leaks myself. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY !!

   I’ve met stuart a few times an he’s always made me feel like a friend, he’s shown me around a few properties an I can personally say he’s got a keen eye for detail and will always look out for everything that suites my needs at the time. All around I’d love to see another young lad like Stuart show me around my student accommodation in the future.

   Moving into my third year house with a new estate agents has shown me how truly terrible deu estates were, they have absolutely no respect for students. If you are looking to sign with them I would seriously reconsider.

   Avoid these estate agents at all cost! Terrible communication, random visits from workers doing random jobs and probably stealing your things, and a complete disregard for the 2 day shift we put in cleaning the house! (It was in a much better state than when we got there but still only got half our deposit)
