   I've been a tenant with Avenue at two different properties over a total of about five years and have found them to be an excellent letting agency — the best I've rented with. They've been responsive, communicative and effective in dealing with all queries and repairs, and they've always been friendly and helpful in the process.    Lived at one of Avenue's 1 bedroom flats for over 2 years. The flat was done up to a very high standard. Any issues I had were fixed very promptly even during non working hours. The staff were very welcoming, understanding and made me feel comfortable at all times. When I moved out my deposit was returned within the expected timescales. I'd definitely recommend Avenue Propeties to anyone in need of a place.

   Avenue Properties have looked after the home my family and I rent for the past 4 years. We've only had minor issues with appliances during our tenancy but each time the Avenue team have responded quickly and rectified the issue for us. They regularly make sure everything is sound with our property - checking smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are working, and arranging gas safety checks. They're a friendly and professional team so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Avenue to anyone looking to rent in the Leeds area.
