   Visiting a store to buy men’s shirts can be simple—unless you don’t know your neck size! Recently, I wanted to find a tape measure in an M&S store to check mine, but things quickly went downhill. When I asked for help, the first assistant sent me to the Paying Desk, then the second suggested the fitting rooms. At the fitting room, an attendant said he’d go downstairs to find one. After a while, he came back, apologising that the store didn’t carry tape measures. Frustrated, I raised my voice at the checkout, and suddenly, a tape measure was found. This poor customer service really spoilt my shopping trip. It’s disappointing to think I now have to travel to the Warrington or Manchester branches, even though there’s an M&S just a couple of miles away. Good service matters as much as the products we buy!

   Went to the sales this morning. Got some lovely items, but beware, I picked up 2 jumpers with sale stickers on and was charged full price for one. When queried I was told they weren't in the sale. I queried the sale sticker to be told done by mistake. I got a refund, but they wouldn't honour the sales tag. I noticed several people heard me and checked their receipts too to find they'd been charged full price on sale items. To be told items not on sale and again not honoured. Very confusing and naughty. Sort yourself out M and S. Very disappointed taking advantage of your loyal shoppers.

   The service at this M&S Café is consistently very slow. It is often difficult to find a clean table, and on several visits hot food has either not been available or the main menu items have been out of stock. This seems to be a recurring issue rather than a one-off. The staff generally come across as rushed, distant and quite cold, which does not create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the experience is disappointing.

   Lovely staff. I took my elderly Mum shopping in Marks and Spencer. We went and bought some food first, gorgeous scones on the bakery, till staff was very friendly and helpfull. We went up to the cafe, staff there very nice food was served to our table hot and tasty, thank you. The whole experiance in the store was a very pleasent one. Christmas gifts are so nice. Thank You Again.

   Visited a few times. Always very clean, spotless. Shop assistants are helpful. Wide range of clothing options, coffee shop and guest toilets on the first floor. Fully accessible for people with physical disabilities. Very busy within Aintree Shopping park. Food section is amazing. Everything is fresh, and well presented!

   This is a great new store. It has a massive selection of food available. The staff are always friendly. They have even made an internal entrance through to the main M&S clothes store next door so you can walk straight between the two stores. Definitely a great addition to the retail park.

   Mid day Friday no bacon left no chips no jacket potatoes no festive small sausage. Is this really a restaurant??? Someone in charge of supplies is not doing their job are they. Staff are pleasant and couldn't care less. Just smiling whilst saying "we haven't got that" time and again as I desperately tried to purchase some food. Really not good at all but what would you expect nowadays. Really struggle to find anywhere that does actually care or have any form of pride in their job or service offered.

   Cafe has a nice layout. Not the best selection for gluten free, but they have a couple of items. Best part was definitely the gluten free Double chocolate mufin. So nice, very moist

   The store is quite well stocked and the staff are pleasant and kind. But there is quite a big problem regarding hygiene standards. I have noticed during most of my visits than the employees from the bakery section are always touching products like bread and pastries with their bare hands, either to add or rearrange them on the shelves. You would have thought that after a pandemic people would be more aware of issues like this.
