Really lovely haircut and friendly service would recommend. I got the most expensive full package but they left off the threading which was in the description. Disappointing considering I left a £10 tip in advance, that will teach me. Would go back but wouldn't bother getting the 'ultimate' package if they forget to do stuff
Excellent experience at Usta in London! Super friendly service with a smile and great sense of humor. Wonderful service included hair wash, hair cut, razor shave, two hot towels, nose wax, and face moisturizer. Great price as well (£60)!
