Asked the young looking barber with vest first chair from the entrance a particular style and even showed a picture for reference, absolutely butchered my hair and the end result looks nowhere near like what I asked for. (Let it be clear I went in there with a full head of hair and it was basically all clippered off rather than scissored) I didn’t even want to speak to him he kept on talking to me this is not professional i wanted to relax he kept on speaking . It took him an hour to finish it usually take 25-30 minutes . The particular style I wanted would of involved a lot more scissor work and I’ve basically been left all shaved back . Also the front of my hair its shorter then the back . Would not recommend and would not come back at all.
I have been going here for my hair & beard for nearly 2 years now. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have tried at least 5 different barbers in my time living in London and Four Seasons is the only Barbers that I happily return too and recommend to friends. Usually when I am there, I get my Hair washed & cut, hot towel shave, eyebrows threaded, ear and noise hair removed and a nice hand/arm & shoulder massage. Needless to say I always leave feeling fresh and relaxed. The shop is large with several barbers working at any one time, so you never have to wait too long to be seen too and drinks are always on offer. Highly recommend Four Seasons and I will most definitely continue to be a client of theirs.
I was visiting from out of town and spontaneously decided to get a walk-in haircut here. I was serviced promptly and everyone was very nice, despite the place being very busy. The price was reasonable for the fade cut/shampoo/hot towel. My barber was Shaf, who was very professional and friendly and gave me my best haircut (and haircut experience) in a long time. The towel and rinse were also nice. The next time I need a haircut in London I'll come back here.

I have been in this place for couple months and i don’t know how do they do it but they are surprising me everytime with their incredible art and professionalism. Place is very clean and people over there are so friendly. I am not even giving the instructions to the barber since they already doing the best style according to your face and head shape!
