   Room mostly clean, massive with good amenities especially considering prices, although I would have expected shower gel at least. Staff very friendly, and good food and pub downstairs. Felt very secure with multiple locked doors between your room and the street. Vending machine handy for after hours as not many shops near by.

   Great hotel perfect location for the 90s fest this year. Will definitely be booking for next year. On suite bathroom was great. 2 double beds and a single. Slept us all perfectly. As it's a pub that serves all drinks bar snacks and food. It's a great place for a stay in Sheffield

   the door was locked. when we tried to open the door as we didn’t realised it was locked she opened the door, saying “woo woo woo” as if we was doing something wrong. we assumed the pub was open as the lights were on and people was inside and we were not aggressive and just tried to open the door as it was locked but we did not realise. after letting people who was stood behind us into the pub, after saying “i know you” she then continued to tell us we were intoxicated and would not let us in. after we tired to say we do not understand and understand why she was refusing as we were not drunk she started to get annoyed and shutting the door and would not let us in. if the pub was shut or for a private event i would understand but the pub was open and she was rude and refused us into the pub before she had spoken to us and seen us and refused us as she thought we were “intoxicated”.

   Great place if you are going to arena 10 minutes away (mobility scooter), Staff helpful friendly polite, Bar was very interesting?, pool table, darts lots more real locals pub, plus a good coffee machine?. Hotel room brilliant sand shower room great kettle plus, telly, all felt new, very good security? I am semi disabled this hotel is not for full disabled???.

   Had a wonderful stay at the Don Valley Hotel and wished I could have stayed longer. The friendliness of Scott and his staff was amazing and I felt like a VIP because of the great service. The dinner was superb and would heartily recommend the chicken pie! Looking forward to staying there again when next I visit Sheffield

   Myself and our touring band stayed here. The staff were super welcoming. The room spacious for all 4 of us. Facilities top notch. Plus a very affordableal and filling breakfast the next morning. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Sheffield. Thanks for looking after us! 10/10

   Homey. Cheery. Simple. The Don Valley is a classic pub with a cafe and rooms. Good taps, screens, tables and games. Nothing fancy. Just old fashioned service. It's a family joint and they're all very kind! I was doing a tour of the UK, stopped in for the night, and everyone at the pub was welcoming. They showed me how to get around, and told me where to go. Highly recommend.

   You cannot get a good nights sleep. Rooms are above the pub which I accept. However, They kept the amplified music playing til early morning. Didn’t get a decent night’s sleep at this hotel. Avoid if you can!
