   I can wholeheartedly recommend The Pet Spa. We have brought our two dogs here for years and wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They are both old now, and our little Oliver (Shih Tzu) is so frail he needs me to be with him to support him while he’s groomed. Colette is so gentle and patient with him. Our Westie, Sophie, adores going, to the point where she drags me into the salon with her tail wagging! They always look lovely when they’re done. Colette does a fabulous job and her prices are so reasonable. Definitely the place to have your dog groomed!

   Please Please Please do not send your dog here, we sent our dog as our usual groomers was unable to fit us in. This woman traumatised our dog, tried to put a cone around his head then asked my husband to put a muzzle on him to cut his claws, something that has never been asked before, we declined. She said she was scared of being bitten, my dog left more traumatised then her. We called our usual groomers and told the tale they ageed to cut his claws straight away and even commented on the cut and his behaviour and how this is not like the dog they have groomed for 12 months.(no muzzle required) We have now booked him in for his second full groom in 2 weeks (money wasted with this waster). I am convinced this woman mistreated our pup in someway. PLEASE Do not send your pet!

   So disappointed my boyfriend taken my shitszhu who then got called after to come Hold her as she was biting to which she does not do never I have had the dog years , the cut wasn’t the best there are longer bits and short bits etc , also no bath apparently they just sprayed her head with water and brushed her , for 30 pound you’d at least expect her to get a bath so unhappy I will be taking this further, the shop was unclean and unprofessional, pictures to follow, I will be ringing environmental health and ringing the shop Friday for refund because I work full time and can ring until my day off

   Collette is very good with my Bichon Friese, Paddy. I feel happy to leave him with her and everytime I pick him up she is sat with him stroking him and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Her own dog Harley is also present and not a cage in sight, dogs allowed to mix and play. The grooming is spot on and my vet commented how well she plucks the ears. Reasonable prices also I would well recommend her.

   Colette has groomed our Shih Tzus and Westie for years, and she's brilliant - so patient and kind, and they always look lovely. Great value for money. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
