    Claudia at the dog spa has been giving Tilly and Crewe haircuts since they were both puppies. She does an amazing job, the girls both look gorgeous after their visit and their fur smells lovely. I would thoroughly recommend. Crewe is quite a nervous dog and Claudia has such a brilliant way with her which is so helpful. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

    Our dog Billy has been visiting Dog Spa Bramhall for many years, and he absolutely loves his trips to see Claudia. She always grooms him to perfection and takes the time to listen to any concerns or requests we have, doing everything she can to put them right. The grooming salon is spotless, welcoming, and very secure, which gives us complete peace of mind. Claudia herself is friendly, kind, and incredibly gentle — it’s no wonder Billy can’t wait to go in, and he always comes out looking a million dollars! We couldn’t recommend Claudia highly enough. Billy simply wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They listen to what you want and most importantly genuinely care about the dogs that visit their premises.
