Really lovely food hall. Everything you can imagine is there. Be prepared to pay more than your average supermarket but the food is good quality.

On ground floor. Wheelchair access. Can get very busy at times. So limited space to move around.

Good range of food for a smallish store. Very helpful staff. The clothes section is now gone and they carry a much bigger food selection. New self service checkouts too.
I did a small shop, it was understandable that there was a que, (a long que) as I arrived at the front of the que a lady told a member of staff that was only collecting parcel, so he had another member of staff take her to the desk, that wouldn't of bothered me, but the day before I asked the same question and was told I had to wait in the que ?. Otherwise staff were good, they usually are, but please ratify the parcel problem.
i popped in this morning to grab a few bits the staff were more then happy to help me find what i was looking for and offered help if i needed it. one staff member in particular, i think her name was lynda ,went out of her way to help and i couldn't of thanked her enough !
Reasonably well stocked staff as usual helpful and friendly still a nice experience. Thank you staff for still manning the shop it is very much appreciated at this difficult time.
Great place but certain items are frequently low on or out of stock. Saying that I would much rather have this place with a few items out of stock than it disappear and close down. Just wish they would sort out the tills though as I always seem to have to wait in a queue to be served
