   Staff are pretty miserable and unhelpful. Just don’t seem to want to be there. I live right by this Tesco and try to avoid at all costs. Always under stocked. Seems like they’re understaffed as no one ever on the tills then appear from nowhere. Much better Tesco on coronation road staff are all super friendly and helpful there. Thornton should take a leaf out of their book maybe a staff shake up?

   My partner withdrew a substantial amount of money from your machine and continued to do some shopping!! He realised he’d lost £50 and apparently the staff were really nice not we’ve called the store 10,000 times with no answer!! Terrible customer service

   Highly unhappy of choice of womenly essentials. For a 15 minute walk to see and be told they were not selling ALL types of feminine products I was dissapointed. I personally think ALL shops should sell a variety of some kind of period products in their shop as they are essential. Tampons and Sanitary wear of all sizes should be available in ALL shops.

   Ok. I have a few tattoos so I get impression the security guard ( the one with black mohawk and glasses) thinks I’m on the rob! He follows me around the shop like a bad smell and makes me feel really awkward! Never judge a book by its cover, I don’t have a criminal record and I’m not a thief. Being covered in tattoos dose not mean I’m a bad guy. I have a good job were I am trusted and work hard. This security guard needs to wind his neck in. As for the shop it’s self it’s clean, staff are friendly (not the security guard) but it is a Tesco Express you get over charged for most items and they are slowly starting to replace house hold named brands for their own products, this I don’t like at all. EDIT........ just found out they also sell The S*n!! Knocked off two stars and will never go back again.

   Generally has what you need but often closes early as staff can't wait to finish especially Friday and Saturday nights. Sometimes have dashed down before they close and they have locked the doors at 10.52 or 10.55pm
