My experience was extremely negative. I doubt I will visit this Sainsbury's Local in the future until the situation improves. I advise management to address these issues and take steps to improve the quality of goods and service.

Warning do not use cash machine. Never gave me my money. Staff were sympathetic and helpful as much as they could but could not help. Sainsbury’s need a better plan of action when this happens. Was told it is not a Sainsbury’s cash machine but a third party. Does not say that on the machine.
It's a very handy so but because it's with the petrol station, sometimes you can't actually drive in. If you do get in, you can use the pump then shop but this creates more queues. Last time I went, I paid at the pump, but got stuck behind a car for almost 10 minutes as the driver of the car in front was doing a small shop, and I couldn't get it so maybe they need a fuel only section where you can pay then drive off, as it isn't very well designed and I'll only use it at quiet period now on

Very convenient location, great selection of products and friendly staff. Also has petrol.

Be very careful when getting fuel from here, you'll be conned. I called in on my way home from work. Only put £5 in the tank, go in to pay for it "that's £5.02 please!". I said it's got £5 on the pump so I just handed over a fiver and was asked for the extra 2p. I said "don't think so, only had a fiver on me so the guy on the till wanted to make a note of my reg number. I said, "do what you like" Expect a visit from Trading Standard!!!!
Very convenient store with fuel cash machine etc hopefully they will stock there taste the difference meals soon.
