   The person who groomed my dog was absolutely lovely and she did an amazing job. One star taken away because the waiting room was next to the vets and was high traffic, my reactive dog was not very happy. He looks fabulous though

   Amazing! I have a dog that turns to a demon as soon as I step foot in a vets or groomers. She's been massively over due her nails clipped as nowhere would do them as she's difficult and snaps. I went here and she was amazing , because she was confident with my dog it was a totally different experience than before,she muzzled her and cut her nails without lifting her paws and did them on the floor. That was what she needed when it's been done on a table she immediately flips out an other groomers haven't let me help an hold her but she did and it went great. 100% going here again. Thank you so much for your help !!

   They butchered my dog. Took her in for a freshen up and trim/tidy up as she's gonna be in my wedding.. she's come out nearly bald in parts and she's a long coat collie cross for reference.. I couldn't pick her up so she was picked up by a friend who paid not knowing what to do... I can't believe they think this is ok to charge for... £75 and a child could have done better. Tried to call them 3 times and no answer.

   We called on Wednesday asking for a nail trim for our 16 year old staffy who goes to the vets 4 pets in the same building, the staff booked us in for 5:45pm just before the shop shuts at 6pm. We turned up Thursday afternoon 5:45pm and all the staff had gone home and the groom room was shut. We had no notice, no call, to email and had to travel back in rush hour. We could have utilised the time to book elsewhere if we were informed ahead of time. Let down, would not recommend.

   Love it here, have been bringing our pup here for the past 6 months and he gets better every time. The staff are really helpful and friendly, especially Rebecca who did an amazing job on our doodles first cut! She gave lots of tips and advice and was super patient with him, 5*!
