   Fantastic dog groomer. Would highly recommend. Jane discussed in detail the cut before hand. All medical checks about our dog were made on the first appointment. Jane also discussed how to make sure our cavapoo would feel most comfortable during the groom. You can tell shes passionate about her job and loves working with dogs. Superb value for money.

   Rang the dog locks to book my dog in for a groom. I told the lady on the phone that I my dog had only been groomed once and he is very nervous. She was extremely judgemental about this, despite not knowing my circumstances, and I when I told her this she hung up on me. Absolutely will not be ringing there again, so rude and unprofessional and made me feel really uncomfortable.

   The only one place where my dog is "normal" and it can be groomed. Or better said, the only one place where the professionals know what to do with a "crazy, fussy" dog in order to make it looking clean, elegant and lovely. (And believe me her grooming has been for years a huge problem for our family) I don't have words to recommend them enough. Thank you so so much!

   The staff here are extremely professional, experienced and very knowledgeable about different breeds and make my dogs feel welcome every time! They love Mikala and she does an excellent groom on them all every time! I've tried a few groomers and because my dogs have double coats it's a big job, and other groomers haven't always managed to get all their undercoat out. But these girls manage it every time! 5* and highly recommended!
