   I take my lurcher Goose here every month for his regular wash and dry. He loves seeing Steve and Bernie, and of course, their dogs. He even walks up the steps into the bath on his own. He loves it that much. Brilliant place.

   Please take a look at Muckypaws Facebook page, where you can see many of the dogs that have apparently not been skimmed (think they meant skinned). If a longer cut is required the emphasis is on the dog owner to ensure the coat is in a condition suitable for the cut wanted. When brushing, the coat must be brushed down to the skin, just brushing over the surface of the coat will push loose hair further down into the coat causing matting and knotting similar to no brushing whatsoever. Also take a look at all the other reviews, funny how only two reviews , which are both from the same person using a false account and name, they should have complained at the time whereby the groomer would be able to show the matted coat. The salon is clean with all equipment cleaned and sterilised every day. If the reviewer was truthful and genuine they wouldn't need to post another fake review because if what they stated was true surely other reviewers would have pointed out the same points. Which they haven't. Learn to brush your dog correctly if you want certain styles of cut.

   I wouldn't recommend going to this groomers unless you want it skimmed .that's what happened to our dogs ..he made excuse 1 was matted which was a lie as there brushed every day ..i think was trying to justify what they did but not even I good cut could of done better myself ..And the place was dirty i didn't want to leave her i want to put before and after pics but won't let me This says it all

   My daughter and I took are two cavapoo's never again asked them not to skin them but they did, our dogs are brushed daily, ,its like that's what they do just shave them ,and that wasn't done right long pieces off hair all over,\WE are so dissapointed,but should have gone off my instincts it was dirty hair off other dogs in the brushes,would never recommend this couple to groom any pet .I can,t post unless I give a star rating So have given 1 star but would not give them any.

   They do an excellent job every time. My Daisy doesn't really like going to the groomers, but here she's always much more at ease. And she gets a great cut. I highly recommend.

   I have two Pomeranians the female is a nightmare with people….until she knows them…Steve and Bernie are brilliant with them and do a fantastic job on them …highly recommended

   took poppy to see these great people took her as she is very weary of being groomed and hair done an always comes back upset but not this time they take there time with the dogs and if the dog needs a rest from grooming then that's what they get lovely job on poppy could not be happier like to just say thank-you to Sam and his wife for doing a fantastic job will be back in 6 - 8 weeks
