   The shop just needs a good overhaul. They do have inpost lockers but they aren't used for whatever reason. They do the best they can with the restricted space they have to store packages, but they are accessible to customers, so there is a risk of parcels going missing. If they got rid of the lockers and used that wasted space for an enclosed secure area, this would be the answer. The shop just needs opening up, and an unrestricted view from the till position. A bargain booze style of layout or even an L- shaped enclosed fit would be best for staff and customers alike... IMO. Of course this all takes investment which they may not be able to afford to be fair.

   Robbing staff thrice had check my lottery results first 1 given my ticket back forgot to? Give me my cash with out opening his till? 2nd time said I did not have winning ticket took it to another shop but it had been paid out. Same yesterday gave me back my ticket had to explain to another staff member who correct him paid out in small change when counted short changed

   Despite being a listed Collect+ store, the lady behind the counter refused to take the parcel from my nephew saying that they don't take them. When I called and asked if they take Collect+, she said they did. I asked why she told my nephew that they didn't and she hung up on me. Appalling. Do not deserve to be in business. Give another store your custom instead.

   Had notification from Yodel that a parcel I was expecting was ready to be collected but Shopkeeper informed me of no parcel arriving and said I should take it up with the Courier! Very dubious!!! Also had a parcel to drop off and despite on their website saying they where open until 9.00pm when I arrived at the shop just after 7.00pm it was closed and shutters where down! Very disappointed all-round with this shop. Will not be using again.....for anything!

   So unhelpful! A parcel was due for collection from this store. I showed the shopkeeper the tracking note confirming it was ready for collection. In fact, I visited the shop twice during the day. The guy didn’t make any checks and advised me that he hadn’t received the package. He said it would be there the following day. How he would know that without checking back is a mystery. I rang the courier, who insisted that the parcel had been delivered that day, but they suspected the staff at the shop had either scanned it incorrectly, or not at all. Presumably these people benefit from being pickup agents, so why not be helpful to customers? If he genuinely didn’t have my parcel, despite the tracking confirmation, why couldn’t he call the courier to see what had happened? He was abrupt and uninterested. He even hung up the phone when, prompted by the courier, I rang him back later to confirm what they said. Disgusting.

   Attempted to drop off a parcel- found the assistant rude- moaned about issues with DHL as if it was my doing LOL! My parcel scanned okay- so I politely said thanks and left it with him! Never saw it again! Had to claim!

   Avoid and use other stores for parcel services. Brought in a small box (40cm long) for Collect Plus Sat 8th Jan 2022 and was told "No, try again Monday". He said he had two full bags and would have taken it if it was smaller. The shop is about 800 sq foot plus store rooms, he just couldn't be bothered taking it. It was hammering down with rain, I had my young kids, mask on, it was a weekend so it's the last thing a customer wanted to be told, when it could have been sorted easily. If they don't like having too many packages they should not be a Collect Plus store. In the past they have been slow and unprofessional when dealing with pick-ups too.
