   Disgusting condition on move-in – now trying to charge us £500 for cleaning! When we moved in, the carpet was ripped and absolutely filthy. We used a carpet cleaner ourselves on day one, and the water came out black—that’s how bad it was. Now, after doing their job for them, the agency is trying to charge us £500 for carpet cleaning at move-out. Totally unreasonable and shows how poorly they treat tenants. Avoid at all costs.

   Disappointing Experience with Knights Property Management I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Knights Property Management, and I must say that my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the outset, their responsiveness has been lacking, particularly when it comes to addressing urgent maintenance issues. A major concern was the back fence, which took an unacceptably long time to fix. Communication during this process was minimal, leaving us frustrated and feeling neglected. To make matters worse, I was shocked to discover that they charged us for redecoration costs that were completely unnecessary. This feels like a blatant money grab rather than a genuine effort to maintain the property. It’s disheartening to see a management company prioritize profit over their tenants' needs. In summary, if you’re considering Knights Property Management, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Their lack of attention to important issues and questionable charges have made this experience extremely disappointing.

   Knights have been excellent looking after our properties. Nothing is too much trouble and we always receive our rents on time. If there are any problems in the houses all the repairs are undertaken very quickly and at a reasonable price. They have also made sure the properties are up to date with all the legal requirements ie gas / electrical and yearly visits to check the properties are in good order. They ensure the flats are maintained in tip-top condition and ensure that all safety certificates are obtained in timely fashion. They provide statements promptly and accurately. In addition they also ensure that any problems tenants are facing are resolved promptly and efficiently. I’ve had scarcely any void periods in the time I have been with them. I would recommend them to any landlord or tenant looking for an efficient, friendly management agent.
