   I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to for Sohail at Tesco. I was having a bit of trouble during my shop and he was so patient, kind, and reassuring. He took the time to help me without rushing and made me feel comfortable and respected. It’s lovely to see such good manners and genuine care these days. Tesco is very lucky to have him.

   Vast choice of products. I have always been able to find what I need even for my son's girlfriend who is celiac. The only thing I can't find is windowlene . However I don't think anywhere sells it anymore. Excellent quality of fruit and vegetables unlike some supermarkets.

   Use their click and collect service, levels above other supermarkets. Hardly ever have substitutes or refunds. Staff always friendly and helpful. Store is also well staffed and always well stock compared to the nearby Asda.

   The store itself is fine but the gents toilets are a disgrace. There are two cubicles and one has been out of action due to a missing seat for weeks. One of the two soap dispensers is missing, the other is almost always empty, the hand dryer is a relic from the 80’s and takes 5 minutes to dry your hands, and the place stinks. Do better Tesco!

   Massive Tesco with everything you could need! They have the usual grocery section as well as a clothing section, barbers, cafe, opticians and mobile phone shop if my memory serves. Nothing to really complain about, it is just a massive Tesco. Loads of parking so you shouldn't ever have an issue there.

   I am visually impaired, I bought sliced ​​​​chicken in tesco only to find out after returning home that this one is OUT OF DAY and was on the shelf at a normal price. EXPIRED MEAT! I am very disappointed with your approach to customers. Instead of putting this product on sale or throw it away, Tesco put it on the shelf with other goods - and maybe some blind person will buy it and guess what she did ... I hope you're happy, "the clever plan" worked you scammed a blind person. To other customers: check the dates of the products, shopping there is a threat of food poisoning! And If you have a serious visual impairment, it's dangerous to shop there on your own! SHAME ON YOU TESCO!

   My daughter has various things she can’t eat not because of allergies because she has problems with her stomach. All we asked the gentleman was do you have gluten free bread. He gave us a file, saying you have to read that. I said all I’m asking is do you have gluten free bread. He said you have to read that it’s the law. You can sit over there. I said so you can’t just ask. He said, “No I don’t know, any allergies you need to read that”. I asked if there was menu in the file, He said it has all the information you need. I asked again so you’re not prepared to check if you have gluten free bread. He repeated himself again, “everything you need is in there”. So obviously being presented with war and peace wasn’t acceptable. So the 3 of us left. It’s simple why couldn’t he ask or know if you sell gluten free bread in the restaurant the gentleman who I know has been there a long time, to be rude and unhelpful. This is unacceptable behaviour.

   Disgusting customer service from the staff at self-checkout. In particular the overweight blonde girl, who has a really poor attitude like she is too good to work at Tesco. I asked her for help scanning one of my items as i have arthritis in my hands and she refused, which i can understand if she were busy. She then proceeded to stand in the corner with her colleague laughing with her arms folded whilst watching me struggle.
