   My apartment is managed by Omnia and they've been great in helping with any queries I have. A really great personable service and quick turnaround time. They really came into their own when I had a leak (not due to any negligence on their part but due to a previous company/issue) and within a day, they'd arranged for Tradesmen to visit, the downpipe was unblocked and dehumidifiers were provided. The Tradesmen were great, so friendly and efficient and Omnia checked up several times through out the process, to check that it was all being resolved. I've had an apartment managed by a nationwide company, as opposed to a local one and certainly wouldn't have had that service or quick response to a call or email. Thank you #team omnia

   I need to change my 4-star rating to 1! The accommodation itself is fine (for those on student budget but wanting a studio space at the city centre), but some of the Omnia staff were totally unhelpful and unsympathetic towards their clients. I stayed at Watson Chambers from 2019 to 2022 and needed to extend my accommodation from September 2022 to January 2023 due to completing my PhD program. During that time, I believe, I am one of the longest, if not the longest, tenants at Watson Chambers. From January to July 2022, I had extensive online discussions with their staff (Kirsty and Shannon), trying to request just a 4-month extension, but they insisted on a 6-month contract or a guarantor, with a higher monthly rental fee. Throughout my four years at Watson Chambers, I consistently made full payments at the start of each long-term (50-week) contract. I've been telling them to assist me, for humanitarian reasons, as I'm in the final phase of my graduate program. Moving to another accommodation would be a hassle, especially during manuscript writing. Despite my consistent advance payments, they still refused. I mentioned I'll pay full for that remaining four months, to no avail. This eventually led me to visit their office in July 2022, where thankfully, a staff member named Jake (if I remember correctly) accommodated ALL my requests on the spot, with the same rate and no need for a guarantor. It's a shame that those unsympathetic staff members kept insisting they were just following guidelines, when it turns out that wasn't the case. Perhaps, because I'm not British? To Jake (?), many thanks again! You were heaven sent! To Kirsty and Shannon, I would have liked to call you when I visited the Omnia office to make my payment with Jake and confront you re our online discussions about my rental extension. But I decided not to. Shame on you both. ------ I've been in Watson Chambers since January 2019 when I arrived as an international student. I initially booked for three months, then renewed for another three months. I am very much satisfied with my accommodation here, so I am now on a long-term contract (50-week). Reasons: - good value for money - well-furnished studio room (washer/dryer included) - close to everything - responsive staff I wish to stay in my flat until the end of my programme here at The University of Sheffield. Three more years to go! Thanks Omnia Space and Watson Chambers!

   I stayed in Omnia Watson chambers . From the inception , the entry and exit was very good . Issues were sorted out . We had quick actions from technicians . Only concern was , 2-3 days was water issue was there and not communicated . Apart from that no issues

   Unfortunately I can't give any information about what the actual apartments are like, as I couldn't get them to arrange a viewing for me. Several emails and phone calls to chase this up and yet no response, or a belated response promising to follow up my request. You will be unsuprised to hear that this follow up email never materialised. Really can't stress how bad they were at dealing with what I would have assumed was a relatively simple request for a letting company.

   Watson's Chambers has been my residence since September of last year and I couldn't be happier with the lovely management and the brilliant studio flat. I lead a very busy lifestyle and they have been extremely accommodating and I have nothing but praise for them.

   Princess house is a great place to stay hosted by Omnia space, close to the heart of the city, with great value for money. The accomodation includes spacious rooms and well furnished areas. The company has seen improved service over my tenure. They are quick to initiate maintenance but do lack expertise in completing and executing maintenance tasks. Definitely a great location for students !

   Without doubt one of the comfortable student accommodation I'm staying in Bournemouth. The lady by the reception is always ready to help and extremely friendly. Regarding the studio flat, each floor has different rooms for difference prices (of course all bills included). you can book online a view in order to choose the studio that you prefer for you university period. if you need assistance or something doesn't work in your room you can contact the emergency line and in less than a day your problem will be fixed. I recommended this to my two university friends and they are definitely satisfied. I'd definitely recommend it.

   I’ve stayed here at Omnia for 10 months now & I love it, The Studio that I’m in is a great size with its own kitchen & bathroom etc. There is multiple bike storage racks in the basement aswell. Followed by multiple washing facilities also downstairs so you’re not waiting hours on end to be able to wash you’re belongings. I would recommend to anyone it’s not massive apartment block & it’s not cheap but i suppose you pay for the good quality & security.
