Last time I went a worker gave us the biggest death stare just for dropping a product which we were buying on top of that the shop smells vile and is overpriced. Good for convenience but could be better.

It is what it is. A convenient store. Only to visit when you’ve run out of your weekly shop. The prices are too high , even with a blue members card .One food product which is a total disgrace , regarding its price . This is the full range of their Pizzas . Circa £5.75? The profit on that is a criminal rip off . This is common to all Coop stores and not solely this one . The base of their pizzas are pleasant . The toppings are rubbish . Gordon Ramsey and others would blow their stack at the rubbish tasteless items . I would much prefer Dominos pizza from my Go Local store . Last time I buy a pizza from the Coop. This below, is their top of the range .You should reduce the price for the rubbish that they are . All cleverly marketed and packed . Never again .

I shall avoid using this store whenever possible. The overwhelming stench of bad drains makes it difficult to focus on what you came in for.Even though staff say they have reported it many times, nothing has been done!! Yuuuck!

I visit here regularly, although we have a co-op closer to us (in Leeswood) the Pennyffordd Co-op has alot more to offer. Their vegan and vegetarian ranges are also delish :3. I have not yet had a bad experience in this store, all staff are friendly =)

Superb customer service always but the two lads this morning were exceptional. Both of them went out of their way to offer me help and assistance. They made such a positive difference to my shopping experience. I have decided to only use the co-op now for all my shopping. I can walk there, reducing my carbon footprint, they have everything I need, quality of own products is superb, prices very reasonable, always plenty of offers and you can raise money for local charities. Highly recommend this shop to everyone and want to say a massive thank you to the excellent, helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble and who are always friendly, polite, pleasant and a real credit to themselves and the shop.

This is a purpose built store that is well laid out and offers a good range of quality goods including many vegetarian food items so I shop there regularly now.

Maybe something is the matter with the drains but the smell inside the store was horrific when I visited earlier
