I won't recommend this place, as the staff is everything but helpful, not allowed to take a photo of the product for the correct measurements, started arguing with me while he was having his lunch at 5.00 pm..... Maybe this service is acceptable in another country, but definitely NOT in the UK.
Great place, can find what you are looking for. Store workers know a lot of things, if need help, they will help.
Good shop stocking most diy bits you need. Quality decorating products and good paint range. Prices bit higher than the big shops but much less hassle than driving to them.
A really well stocked little business with good advice and keen prices. Used them for plumbing, decorating, electrical and other DIY jobs. If they don’t stock something they can almost certainly get it next day. Support your high street and shop local.
Sent my husband there to pick up a fungus spray. I was absolutely appalled to see that he has paid OVER DOUBLE the RRP. Same spray is sold for £7 at Wilco. Home Fix charges £14.99 as per attached photo. We try to support local businesses but not the ones who take advantage of the consumers in such disgusting and greedy way. Shame on you, really! Needless to say, we will never buy anything from them again.
Well stocked high street independent diy/hardware shop. Staff friendly and more helpful than some larger well known diy stores. Always try and shop local where possible or we’ll lose our high streets forever
Supplied us with an essential, a pair of wedges to expand the new chicory handle in a club hammer head, so that the fitting is tight.
Don't block the whitton high street pavement. Pavement belongs to pedestrians. Richmond council should take appropriate action against this shop. P.s reply to Homefix comment. Thanks for your explanation. Other shops using the space considering pedestrians. But you guys put stuff everywhere. Not only that, you are blocking the JCDecaux sign block as well. This clearly shows, as a local business, you don't have any respect for others.
Very bad service. The business is operating with empty shelves, you go in to buy something and the owner goes to the shop cross the road and sells you their product with margin on top. I would give it 0 star if I could Zanet faisha madaret kosi bache kisa maal
