    Terrible experience, ordered a ladder online. The online store directed me to the Jewson branch on Twickhenam to get a ladder. On site, it turns out that they do not rent equipment in this branch. They told me to call the helpline. On the helpline I was told that I could book a ladder 5 miles from Twickhenam at another branch. I wanted to book, unfortunately the lady on the phone told me I had to wait. I've been waiting for 2 weeks because she said they would inform me soon. JEWSON=FAILURE
