   Ordered click & collect on Sunday, arrived 7.30am Monday & it was closed. Supposed to open at 7am. Phoned customer services and that doesn't open till 9am!! Drove to Brentford to get order. Cost me! What was the reason for no staff at all? Edit. Thankyou for taking the time to copy & paste the generic response. Obviously my custom doesn't mean that much , although you did bother to change it to my name . No reply to why shop was shut. No reply to why phones not open till 9am. No offer of minor compensation for losing time & money.

   I have just witnessed atrocious treatment of a customer. Normally I wouldn’t get involved but the guy behind the counter wouldn’t listen to the gentleman wouldn’t was bringing back a spray can of paint that was like water. The gentleman clearly understood how to use the paint and explained how he hthat is wasn’t fit for purpose compared to other spray paint he had used and explained all of this. The man behind the counter dismissed everything and even walked of halfway to take a personal call. Having just been to the Sheen Branch and had excellent service from Kevin and previously left glowing reviews for two of the staff at New Malden branch I would say I give balanced reviews. Darnil is one bad apple among a company who I feel give excellent service and do actually care about their customers. He had no consideration that the customer clearly had difficulty standing.
