   Terrible customer service. sold me an item with very quick negotiation not been made aware of their company policy as it’s not disclosed anywhere within any of the three shops as checked. Tried to contact them via email and telephone did not get back to me and end up going to citizens advice asking for a refund as they refuse to communicate and give me a refund within my timeframe. Please do not shop here if you intend to buy a gift or looking for a refund if you do not like your purchase.

   I went in to get a quote for remodelling a ring with sentimental value. I was ‘served’ by Peter Harrington who was incredibly condescending, unhelpful, and insulted the ring and my taste. I believe they did this deliberately as an aggressive sales tactic.

   Unfortunately an awful experience with Harrington Hallworth, the service was not good at all, no drink was offered when buying a piece of jewellery and the staff knew little about the piece of jewellery and couldn’t answer many questions. Would not recommend.

   Went there to find radiant cut rings. We were the only customers for a brief time then another customer came in. There were 2 employees there but the moment the posh second customer came in, he abruptly started getting technical and explained "the *smallest* rings (he made wild assumptions) begin around £5,000 and effectively made us leave. I did not feel welcome to try rings on and felt spoken down to. We thanked him and left.
