I'm sure the owners are lovely but they have an incredibly rude aggressive guy behind the counter sometimes. If contactless doesn't work (only ever happens in this shop) he shouts at the customer to put their card in the machine. Its happened to me twice and its probably because their usual sales are quite low and mine was over £20, so its an issue with their card machine. He should have said, im sorry the contact less hasn't gone through can put your card in please, not shout at me aggressively to put my card in. He needs customer service training immediately. I will never shop there again, so they have lost a valuable customer.
