   Never welcome to collected the packet and they so rude and lie about the packet last time I try to collected barcode been giving from app to collected they said we can’t give the packet is not they any name of you till then bring my husband to sorted it out just disgusting owner 0 comment for this shop everyone must be aware of you have any packet to yodel collected or anything else they are not welcome and very very rude no smile to service people come and go to buy they stuff

   The cashier (Asian male) was extremely disrespectful, rude, and arrogant. I only had a simple query regarding a parcel, but he became temperamental and irritated very quickly. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you want to start your morning peacefully.

   Do not use this newsagents supposed to be a dhl drop off point refused to accept the delivery of my parcel 3 times after waiting for over 2 weeks for it to be delivered called in the shop didn’t care about it at all no explanation given if you don’t want to recieve parcels I suggest you remove yourself from the dhl parcel drop off network reported to dhl

   Used to love using shop until a year ago , Nan in shop few weeks ago did not even say hello or goodbye , texting on his phone before he looked up to serve very rude .

   cashier wouldn't even try to process my paypoint voucher, saying that he didn't know how even though it had clear instructions on the voucher. Could have done it myself. Only walked there for that too. Told me to come back tomorrow when someone else is working. Not the first time I've had problems here. Fed up
