Unfortunately, never coming back. One of the staff members was very distracted on their phone while losing words answering my question, and there was no one else in the store, so it’s not like they were busy. The whole interaction felt like they were doing me a favour just for asking. Really disappointing experience.
The shop assistant was very helpful and the goods were quite complete. However, I always felt that the variety of goods could be a little greater (considering the size of this store).
Fantastic service! I had a great experience at this Leyland branch in Hammersmith. Paul was extremely helpful and patient, especially as I’m totally inexperienced and had lots of questions. His clear advice and friendly manner made everything much easier. I’m really grateful for his support. Highly recommended!
I just want to give a massive thank you to Jackie who helped us with some paint samples. She was super kind and friendly and so very patient with my two little ones I had in tow. It’s a breath of fresh air to feel welcome somewhere when your kids aren’t in their best behaviour. What a credit to the brand she is!
I've given this five star rating as I have been into various of the Leyland branches and the service has been ok but this Hammersmith branch stands out.. I was really pleased with the service I got recently when I visited. There was a staff member of Paul really got me out of a pickle on two fronts, first one was with my kitchen plumbing. After showing him some photos of my problem he was there giving constructive suggestions to resolve my problem. Of which when I got back home the tips and the products he said to use worked a treat!! And lastly he help me with the process of installing shelving in my home, I was quite nervous to do it myself but gave it a go with his recommendations and good product knowledge made me feel confident to do it myself. He not only didn't rush through the his guidance but showed great enthusiasm in his what he was doing. I will definitely be coming back here again and I'll be telling people I know to come back here.. especially if they need plumbing advice! Youra sincerely George.
