   entered the shop, asked for advice, no one seemed to care. and probably none of the staff was able to advise on any matter concerning finding a water resistant tape and a plastic sheet to cover a broken window. I was left alone wandering around the shop for a good 10'. Then left and checked in in another random shop and had the solution proposed in 2 minutes.

   Product: Repair Care DRY SEAL MP I'm very disappointed with my recent purchase of the Repair Care DRY SEAL MP from Leyland. Once again, I was sold an expired product — this has happened before, and it’s unacceptable. Despite bringing this to the staffs attention, no corrective action was taken and sold me the product . The product itself was only half usable; the other half was completely hardened and unusable, clearly due to being out of date. Selling expired products, especially after being made aware of it, is not only unprofessional but also dishonest. This raises serious concerns about quality control and business ethics. I expected better quality control and customer service from a store like Leyland. I will be seriously reconsidering future purchases unless this issue is addressed properly. ''If Leyland Shop knowingly sold you expired putty and didn’t correct their description or offer a refund when informed, that’s potentially “misleading commercial practice !''

   Excellent shop. Had everything you needed but the main thing was the knowledge of the staff - in particular Malique. He knew so much about all the products and talked us through what we needed to know about painting our flat. He was great and we will be looking for him next time we are back!

   Brilliant store so helpful especially if you are not sure what it is exactly you need? I couldn’t recommend this store enough,. Becky was an absolute star ., Helping me as a newbie pensioner to choose the paint I needed, very kind thoughtful, knowledgeable as well as professional at all times .. highly recommended this place Russell who served me today with the finishing touches to my decorating was also very helpful kind thoughtful and considerate + professional too

   Terrible branch. Low stock and useless staff. Careful with the advertised price tags, they are incorrect and the staff will blame it on you. Also dont trust them to bring you the correct paint. Triple check everything!

   I buy from Leyland all the time and generally I'm happy but this particular store disappoints more and more with empty shelves on bolts, plumbing, electric. You need to have a thorough look at your shelves!!
