Nice store easy to navigate A really helpful member of staff there always around the entrance to the store sorry I didn't get your name ...he was able to answer any questions I had with regards purchases I wanted to make, so a shout out to him.
Staff is helpful and they usually have good deals.
A nice store but the Kidderminster store beats it hands down on range and service. Take a ride down the A449 I bet you'll thank me!!
Worst customer service of any shop in Worcester. If you can actually flag down a staff member to ask for a size of shoe they click a button and just say "no we don't have that" and walk off. Pretty sure the correct response would be to say they don't have that but they do have others in that size, is there anything else you are interested in or just those shoes. Maybe say you can buy them online or say is there any other help that you need. The lady on the till really couldn't look less interested if she tried and no one there says thank you, goodbye, hello........except one woman asked if I wanted to buy socks! To go with the shoes I don't know if they have in stock presumably. So weird. The manager needs a serious review of his staff, really low value staff like seriously low low customer service or any experience. Wouldn't ever go back and hope others don't bother too - get your socks elsewhere!
I ordered an Arsenal training jacket and it cost me £69.98, I was really pleased with the purchase and then it was delivered to the wrong address. I went to the address and it wasn’t there… 3 WEEKS LATER and I still haven’t received it ! An absolute bloody nightmare!
Terrible service today. Not enough staff. One girl started to help & them half way through convo just turned around and helped someone else. So rude. This happened twice. Asked another girl at the counter how much the mugs were & her reply was ‘I don’t know, it’s my first day’. They had left her on her own & the store was very busy. Never seen anything like it.
Only three staff working in a vast store, only one on checkout despite 15 minute queue. Manager surly and refused to serve. Prices unreasonable for quality of products, discounts only to normal prices elsewhere. Don't bother.
Don't shop here they over charge you at the till refund you the full amount back on your card that takes 3-5 days and then want you to pay again the correct price. So your out of pocket the next five days for there mistake expecting to take 2 lots of money for one product is robbery.
Cannot understand why I need to pay more for a defective pair of shoes only because they are not available in the store but only on the website. These mistakes have been solved a dozen years ago since logistics got better but, some shops (like this one) have no policies for situations where it’s their responsibility to replace the defective item. And I need to pay 7.49 for a delivery that had to be done yesterday :))
