1. Alexander Technique Made Easy Chapman ★☆☆☆☆

   After shopping here for many years my biggest question is the lack of investment. The staff are nice but clearly employed on cheaper rates. The environment is shoddy compared with many other Sainsbury’s and of course their competitors. It seems odd that this Sainsbury’s reflects a run down neighbourhood. Surbiton is affluent. This Sainsbury has a minimum spend. Almost as if they want you to park and shop elsewhere. I am bemused by this low budget approach. Still the food is okay. Just a poor shopping experience really. I’m sure many are scratching their heads on this one, customers and management alike.

   Feels very small and cramped but is also very busy. They have a reasonable selection of products but not as much as some.other Sainsbury's. Car park is very dirty and the stair to the car park stinks.

   I had a great shopping experience at Sainsbury’s on Victoria Road in Surbiton. The shop was immaculate, tidy, and well stocked, making it easy to find everything I needed. There was a great variety of fresh produce and bakery goods, which I really appreciated. The staff were very helpful, kind and approachable. Those I spoke to went out of their way to assist me, and I found the atmosphere warm and welcoming. It’s clear that the manager and staff work well together and genuinely care about providing a high standard of service. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and the store’s layout made for a pleasant shopping experience. I’ve also noticed how convenient the location is and how useful the parking can be. Overall, this Sainsbury’s is a lovely place to shop—clean, well organised, and with friendly staff. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

   Not going to compliment the store but the young man who helped an elderly blind man today on to the k1, very young man, didn’t catch his name but this is what we like to see, well done to who ever you are! I work in retail too, and I only have one things to say, keep on being you!

   Don't think in a whole year I've done a single shop here where they had everything I wanted in stock. Also the Christmas music is irritating, repetitive, loud and makes an already quite poor shopping experience into an awful one

   excellent store. the only times it can be busy are when its closing on Sunday afternoon. other times its very calm in hrere. fruit and veg is excellent and similar to lidl and aldi in price they could have more tills instead of self-checkout. there is a toilet with disabled facilities near the entrance. Staff are very helpful and kind.
