   I can not believe just how much prescriptions my parents have .They just go in and ask for them wich when I looked in my parents medical cabinet I was shocked and startled as I was led to believe can't order until nearer the time of your tablets running out unless a new prescription was needed. I personally don't feel this is good practice and I need clarification as when asked I get told it's OK I can get prescriptions as and when . My parents are in their 70s still have their facilties about them .

   Newly diagnosed and these clowns have done nothing but mess me around with prescriptions. Their general attitude stinks, their customer service stinks, and the dismissive way they treat you does nothing but cause frustration. "Not come in, Come back tomorrow." end of conversation. Came back next day "Not come in, might be tomorrow." end of conversation. Finally got prescription after 3rd day and find its only half fulfilled and therefore useless.

   Attended today after 5 pm. Had a discrepancy with the prescription. Not pharmacy fault-GP sent different antibiotic than discussed. GP contacted- correct prescription sent. Dispensed without any issues. Excellent service. Friendly and very helpful. Much appreciated. JC

   Usually very good service though one or two staff are a bit unfriendly or sharp. Retail offer is very limited but you would expect that given the small space.

   Previously I gave this pharmacy a poor review, I have now changed this to 5 stars. After using this pharmacy a few times recently, I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Service has been fast and efficient, they seem to have gotten so much better. Well done!

   Rude. Never answer the phone even when they arent busy. If you want attitude + blank looks you have come to the right place.

   Staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer flu jabs and such. Only carries the commonly asked for stuff. You may need to try a bigger Boots or order stuff in (which is pretty quick).

   Abysmal service. Items never in stock. Promised a text when ready to collect. Still waiting 3 days later. Called to ask why and hung up on me. Disgusting. Don't hold your breath if you are needing medication.
