This store is, in general, great. It's big, has a great selection and is often not too busy. It's sad that, like many other stores, all the concessions and counters, such as deli and habitat, have been closed down though. There seems to be a trend emerging of management and head office teams holding meetings in the most inconvenient places - like directly in front of the entry barriers, blocking aisles, etc. And rather than showing some self awareness, they stubbornly carry on chatting blissfully unaware that they're causing an obstruction.

Truly awful...sure it has a great selection and yes, when you can find a member of staff they're very helpful...by that I mean floor staff...not the Management who seem not to care about their staff and certainly not their customers! I'm more than happy to self scan...no worries...but when you do need a staff member, the poor people are spread so thin: last Saturday there was one person looking after 12 self served check outs. When I asked a Manager, I was told "well they only have to ask for more help and we can find someone", but if the Manager is walking round and can see one staff member struggling why don't they 'manage' and call someone or better still, step inside the area and actually help...checkouts appalling, managers likewise...floor staff great but goodness I feel sorry for them having to work in these conditions. You get better self scan service at Lidl up the road, where the checkouts are properly managed and there are always two or three staff members to help...and a full compliment of tills open unlike Sainsbury's where a good two-thirds are usually closed. Sainsbury's was my favorite place to shop for decades...and I've used the one on this site for 25 years...from when it was a much smaller store...not anymore.

Until now, this was the worse Sainsbury's I have ever visited. The scan&go machines are often all in use, while there will be 10 of them docking without being able to use them. Pastries are constantly covered with flies, I have never purchased any bakery item there and never will. Despite it's size, I have struggled to find a basic things, which in other Sainsbury's are normal part of the stock.

Perfect place to shop anything and almost everything under one roof. Just opposite to Nine elms tube station. At a walkable distance from American embassy. Can be much more informative at the entrance if there are legends provided for different sections.

A large supermarket with convenient access located in the heart of the city. easy and convenient to buy high-quality, affordable products. a bit bigger than nearby Waitrose, and has the advantage of being able to access a variety of items.

Booked some "food to order" and it was just the prepacked stuff you can buy yourself and it took something like 30 minutes...if I wanted to wait I would have shopped myself. The customer service representative, Kevin, was very good though and helped us speed up as much as he could. Polite and respectful so fair play to him and thank you!

Massive Sainsbury's store with huge selection including groceries, interior design articles and clothing. Has an Argos store inside as well. Fresh food available. They could use a bit more staff to make everything flow much smoother.

If you shop here once, you'll most likely love to keep coming to this big Sainsbury's store located in a nice place close to nine elms station. Where and how the store is situated is one big positivity to all customers and Sainsbury's itself. It enables a very easy passage and access to the store. If you drive, you'll enjoy the 3 hours free parking, and you don't have to worry about timing your shopping or parking time because an automaton will do it for you just as you drive in. Note that you're responsible for the safety of yourselves and your cars at all times and the 3 hour parking time may only apply when the store is open. With all that being said, I'm not deviating from the main topic which is doing your shopping. Well, I kept the best part for last and words can't really explain how easy your shopping experience would go here at Sainsbury's nine elms. There are many nice things to talk about here. Is it how quality products are been sold at some afforfable prices that even match Aldi's prices (as displayed in the store today)!, how cool and well ventilated the store is kept at all times during your shopping! which literally reduces stress or is it how easy it is to checkout!, and in fact, you'll probably call it one of your best supermarket shopping experience guaranteed.
