The doctors printed my prescription in error instead of sending it to Thorpe Pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and the gentleman informed me he would personally collect my prescription if the delivery driver couldn't get to the doctors. He then went over and above his job again and delivered my prescription to my house after hours. Absolutely amazing service, thank you so much.
On a chilly October night my delivery to the pharmacy was missed by their supplier, this meant I didn’t have a supply of Simecone until at least Monday as it was now Friday. Thorpe sourced and delivered some at 19.45. Amazing service again from this superb business. Big thanks to them.

Every Saturday, without fail, Thorpe Pharmacy are ready with my prescription. On the one occasion I forgot to collect, at Christmas time between Christmas Day and New Year, I would have potentially had to go without my medication for 3 days, which is quite dangerous for me. The pharmacy ensured - even when they had closed for the following 3 days - that I was able to meet someone there and collect the medication. I can’t express how appreciative I am of the customer service they provide. Such a personal service in comparison to the larger, more local pharmacy which is constantly chaotic. Thanks Thorpe, for always being excellent!
