   I don’t write reviews often but this pharmacy is an absolute joke - I’ve been waiting on prescription for nearly about 2 weeks now which I’ve now sadly been withdrawing from due to them not being able to check for when people actually put prescription needs in. This is dangerous and very careless from a pharmacy. It feels like they are very unorganised in there and I get it the NHS is on the brink at the moment but I’ve had way more better experiences at other pharmacies than this place.

   Made the mistake of changing my Chemist to Well Pharmacy as it is closer to my house. Went to collect my repeat perscription and one of the items was out of stock. Refused to give me the items they did have and issued me a paper persription to take to another chemist. Ended up being able to get my full order from the Chemist I had moved from. Looking at the reviews this place needs an intervention by managment sharpish.

   Actually deserve zero stars. I am in agony this chemist doesn't have my tablets after I ordered my prescription over a week ago, I've been told I have to wait a few more days, I am going through withdrawal symptoms and I can't get help from anyone. I hate this chemist it's never got medication ready on time, I called 12 times today with no answer. These people should not be in the medical profession because there's no compassion towards the public at all.

   Well pharmacy is really worse in customer service. I spoke with one lady staff she is so rude in talking and even don't have manners to talk with human.really bad experience. I just called for repeat prescription but really disappointed.

   Appalling pharmacy. Never delivered my 82 year old Mums meds. Said out of stock for another, and would order and let me know. Never did. Never answer the phone. Had to go in person, only to be told it wasn't ordered, it must have been forgotten!!!! Then I asked about her older script which was now 10 days late, only for it to be found actually sat in a basket under the counter and had been there the whole time! Utterly disgraceful. Well Pharmacy you seriously need to look into those that represent you. !!!!

   THIS A REALLY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT PHARMACY AS GOOD AS ANY I HAVE EVER USED.THE STAFF ARE PARTICULARILY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLEY.THE WELLS CHAIN ARE ALSO TO BE GIVEN THE HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS WELL DONE 11/10..ALWAYS REASONABLY PRICED AND DESCRETION IMPECCABLE....THANK YOU ALL.

   Don't get your prescription from here. Nothing is ever in stock, if it's an emergency then it's tough luck, you have to then go to another chemist. Some of the pharmacists are fine but others can be quite abrupt and rude.

   This is just for well pharmacy online,not thos locay. 1.deliver is very slow,wait for my medicine about 1 week, and still did not get it. And I have scabies, itching and hurting everyday, every moment. Decide not to use it any more and change a pharmacy. 2.But Jolene operator is very good.Always reply me in time.Many thanks.
