   The shopkeeper is absolutely rude and unprofessional. He showed no interest in accepting my parcel. Shop open until 11, but the shopkeeper refused my parcel at 10 PM, telling me to come the next day while complaining and making excuses. Extremely disappointing experience.

   Spoke to the owner about returning an Amazon parcel - incredibly rude, seems other people have had the same problem with returning parcelforce etc. here AVOID !!!!

   Owner refused to accept parcelforce parcel, tried saying the shop on the parcelforce website wasn't him, then saying parcelforce doesn't collect from him. I definitely sent with parcelforce from him last week and the package was delivered. Think he just didn't fancy a big parcel.

   I went there (Collect+ print in return label) the person said that I need to go to an other shop because they are not doing print label, I was in this shop last week and I did exactly the same (on the collect+ website said that this service is available in this shop), the person apologise but I notice that he just want to get rid of me and serve the customers on the queue with something to buy from the shop
