Had a fantastic experience at the benefit counter with Molly. She did an amazing job helping me find products that matched my skin tone and gave amazing recommendations. As someone that doesn't know too much about makeup, I didn't feel judged at all!

no customer services and no conventional tills at this location. have to wait upwards of 10 minutes for an "authorised" colleague to be called from the offices to enact a return. would not shop at a boots store again ... plus they're generally more expensive than than their store-based rivals.

Outstanding service from Molly at the Benefit counter! Molly was absolutely brilliant so passionate about her job and genuinely excited to showcase the products. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the whole experience feel fun and personalised, and I ended up spending Β£75 on her recommendations (and I donβt regret a penny!). Sheβs fantastic at what she does and a real credit to the Benefit brand.

Lovely customer service!! Nipped in here to get some super last-minute fake blood for Halloween and couldn't find any - Liv went out of her way to double check for me and then when she realised they were out of stock she found me a substitute! I'm just really impressed with the effort she went to and how friendly she was :)

A shout out to Nicola at the Leeds/Birstall branch. There was no member of staff at the No. 7 section as the sales assistant had gone home for the day, and Nicola looked after a different make up brand. On approaching her for some help, even though it wasn't her own brand to sell, she really went above and beyond to help me out with matching and choosing the right products for my needs. She even applied them on have me tips how to use them which, for a complete novice like me, was very much appreciated. I have always been extremely nervous to ask for help and feel a little intimidated by all the products and bad experiences with unfriendly staff in the past, and also feeling pressured into buying something I'm not very sure about, but Nicola was lovely and very patient and made sure I was OK with what I'd tried. So thank you for your help and Boots is lucky to have such nice staff x

USING SUPERDRUG FROM NOW ON! Me and my mum always go into the Birstall retail park boots for lots of items. The security guard here is very rude and always follows us around. Need new security at this shop asap so many reviews about him. Also feel very uncomfortable when been followed around for no absolute reason. Very uncomfortable trip every time when we spend such a great amount of money.

never felt so uncomfortable in a shop. i came in on saturday after shopping all morning at birstall retail park, had multiple tk maxx, river island and superdrug bags, and was followed around by security the whole time i was there. i genuinely felt so horrid and didnt feel welcome at all. absolutely appaling behaviour from security. staff were amazing, but needs new security asap.

During the holiday season, Boots simply cannot cope with the demands of click and collect. On 19th December, I ordered Christmas gifts to be picked up at Birstall store. I was able to select 21st December as a delivery date on the website. Gifts cost me over Β£100. My items were not available when I went into my store to pick them up on 21st December. The staff member told me to return the next day. Next morning, I went and I was told the same thing, but to return in the afternoon. The same issue arose again in the afternoon - my order was not available. In order to get to Boots, I needed taxi service since I cannot drive due to my chronic illness. Taxis cost me Β£65.40 in total. Taking 4 taxis back and forth from home to Boots. The Boots customer service agent I contacted over the telephone seemed unconcerned about the fact that because of Boots I don't have Christmas gifts for family or friends. She was rude and seemed unbothered with my concerns. There was no warmth in her voice. The fact that I was concerned about not having the gifts for Christmas did not bother her at all. As an alternative, she stated that I would have to wait for 9 days after choosing a delivery date - where does this state on the website? I was unable to get an answer to my question as to why Boots website gave me the 21st December date for collecting my order if I have to wait 9 days based on their "terms and conditions"? There was no doubt that she was lying as she was stuttering. I no longer have any gifts to give to my family and friends as a result of the problems I faced at Boots. I am writing this review at 4:30am on Christmas morning, utterly heartbroken and in floods of tears. The way Boots handled all of this has destroyed my Christmas, and I am broken to the core. Shut down your stores and online services Boots - You are all just money grabbers attempting to make a quick buck during the holiday season. My anger will be poured out on you after Christmas when I call customer service again. It would be better to call you The Grinch instead of Boots!!! Boots is not worth it - you are bound to be left in tears and brokenhearted. DO NOT BUY!

Not much was left on the shelves so after asking a member of staff (Jeff) to see if they had anymore stock in the back he kindly offered to help us order on line with everything we needed. My husband also pointed out how helpful and polite he was. He made our shopping much more easier and we were able to get everything we needed and get it delivered to our local store. Great and friendly member of staff. Thanks!!
