   Booked flu jab last week was rearranged by phone to today as no stock last week they rearranged to Tuesday as stock was due Monday , booked time off work arrived to be told no stock available , fine, but asked why they hadn't called us to cancel , she just repeated ' as there is no stock' with attitude ! A call would have been helpful to save the time off and journey and a better attitude

   They are the most unhelpfull pharmacy iv been to. Don't know where they get there pharmacists from,but they always go out there way to NOT to give you what you need or infact entitled to..

   4 stars based on my latest experience. Usually 2 star but different staff today. Very kind and courteous. Would have given 5 stars but I had to phone and ask if prescription was ready as no text sent.

   Text received to say my medication is ready, I gave my name, she started talking to the customer infront of me then asked my name again, wanting me to spell it as she walked off, shouted my address from the back of the shop & stated she carnt find it!!! I felt like that was my fault! Got bored waiting so i wandered off. I returned later, the lady was so rude, I should have moved pharmacy when I waited for over an hour last month! I did note however that the methadone customers get served straight away, so might give that a go!!!

   1 star only because that is the lowest option, staff in this pharmacy have no understanding of the word empathy or even basic help I understand they may have tricky rude difficult customers at times but I feel they need to be updated with their training on individuals and how to manage the customer and not dismiss everyone in a rude manner. When someone requires help at a pharmacy please keep in mind what you see is not always what is happening on the inside. Rant over

   In all the time I've been using this pharmacy, not once has the pharmacist arrived on time. Wish someone would give me a job where I can start anytime I feel like it and not get into trouble. Would give it minus 5 star but it won't allow me. ( If you complain to Tesco they say the pharmacy is nothing to do with them ) !!!

   They never have my repeats ready even tho it's a weekly prescription. They no me personally but still they need prompting every single week . Its like there brain dead

   Pharmacist failed to arrive for shift leaving numerous dependent people without much needed medication. Reception staff hand no call out procedure to call in a proxy. Not the customer care I would expect and formal action should be taken..
