Terrible place people really unhelpful do not get Amazon packages delivered there as they have refused to take them in from couriers and amazon have tried to deliver my parcel 6 times and they will just not take them in! Absolutely bang out of order. If they don’t want to take Amazon parcels take yourself off the Amazon delivery pick up point! Also they never pick up the phone! Will be making a formal complaint to national customer services
Do not go in here for lunch if you are looking for a meal deal, the refrigerator is currently broken and they just responded to me “we currently do not sell meal deals until the fridge is fixed” this has been like this now for 2-3 weeks as I popped in again to see if anything has changed and surprise the fridge is still broken with no meal deals. Other than that the staff are friendly, once the fridge is fixed then it should be fine similar to other coop small stores.
Fantastic store, extremely hard working staff. Great doughnuts. Lovely queuing with local friendly customers and the queue is always dealt with quickly and only what you’d expect for a convenience store.
Recently moved to the area, never really come across a store so reluctant to put more than one member of staff on the till. Today was literally the 3rd time in a row I've stood for 5+mins there were 7 people qying and only one girl serving. No self service tills and obviously under staffed

9/10 staff 10/10 service 10/10 selection Had a few minor issues with 1 member of staff and Deliveroo order items being wrong - however the manager there was brilliant! Resolved my issue right away, very professional and polite - a pleasure dealing with! Huge selection of food & drinks Always re-stocking which is Amazing A pleasure compared to M&S down the road Overall 10/10
Excellent shop. Bread is better than the expensive supermarkets and for half the price. All the meat is from British farmers and good value, especially when buying the 3 items for £10 deal. Lots of special offers weekly, maybe fortnightly. When the queue builds the customer assistants go straight to the tills.
