   Lovely goods but exceptionally poor staffing. They take payment in full up-front but are terrible when it comes to supplying the goods and delivery staff are appalling

   I wanted to love this shop, but I found the entire process from ordering, receiving delivery, arranging collection of the damaged item, replacement and what felt like justifying the refund for damaged goods to the first contact, delivery driver, second contact and their director? just utterly frustrating and time consuming. The most frustrating thing about the entire process was relating to the initial delivery and collection of the damaged product. They don't offer time slots, so it's tricky to plan a day around the delivery. Collection of the damaged item had to wait a further week because they "weren't in the area" and yet again, that was another day I had to wait around. The replacement item had 2 large sections of tape residue stuck to the surface (which I'd have absolutely no idea how to remove) and yet again slats of drift wood. This table was nearly £1000 including delivery.. surely it should arrive in good condition? The company did agree to refund the item in full, but again it felt like a fight to get to that stage. Just a majorly disappointing, anticlimactic and time wasting experience.

   Amazing store ! I felt bereft when Laura Ashley went but I now have a new addiction and it’s listers . Beautiful furniture, and thoughtful charming home accessories , and soft furnishings at great value too . Staff are all friendly and really helpful. There’s something for everyone here, and a joy to visit .

   A beautiful store with a very welcoming and homely feel. All of the products on display feel like they had real thought put in to how they were displayed and what they are paired up with. Spoke with the staff regarding a purchase and they were extremely friendly and helpful with a very quick response. The staff also pointed us to the best way to save money on the product we wanted. Thank you Listers, keep up the great work!

   This is a really lovely store, beautifully decorated and staffed by friendly, helpful people. There is a specific Listers "style" that is suited to more traditional decor, but there are some unique items here.
