   I bought 2 x 2 seater sofas from wrexham furniture Centre in January 2021 and I was initially very happy with it. However, after less than 2 years use, small holes began to form in the underneath of the cushions as the material used is of poor quality. I contacted wrexham furniture Centre initially by phone call in December 2023, to see if I could order new sofa cushions through themselves and I was told by the manager that the sofa was no longer under warranty and that the oakland sofa was no longer stocked, therefore they could not help. I asked if they would be able to find out who there supplier had been so I could contact them directly. The manager took my number and said that she would try to find out but I heard nothing back. I was happy to pay for any costs incurred as I was aware that the warranty had run out. I contacted a supplier directly and they said I would need to order through the retailer. I emailed again in January 2024 but they replied rather rudely saying that they could not help and that I had got the wrong supplier but again did not offer to let me order replacements through themselves or tell me the name of their supplier. I emailed back but received no reply. On Facebook today I have seen a video posted of the showroom, with an oakland sofa on display so clearly it is stocked. I politely posted asking if they could help me order replacement cushion covers for my own sofa and minutes later I had been blocked from their page. Not at one point in this process have I been impolite, I have simply been asking for help or some direction in being able to order replacement cushion covers for my sofa purchased through wrexham furniture Centre. In return, those at wrexham furniture Centre have handled the situation unprofessionally and have been no help at all. Therefore I will be needing a new sofa and will not be purchasing from wrexham furniture Centre again and I will be telling others to avoid. I would be happy to remove this review, if only I would be offered with some assistance to make up for the lack of customer service received so far but otherwise a negative review is deserved.

   One excellent company can’t thank them enough I ordered a corner unit from them that they had to order in and when it come it would not fit no fault of theirs this was our mistake.and they took it back and let me have a lovely 2setter and 2 chairs instead from them no problem at all staff are brilliant friendly helpful we can’t thank Kate enough for all her help definitely recommend this company 100% and will be telling family and friends if they ever need anything to go to theses thank you so much I love my new 3 piece

   Recently bought a bed from Wrexham Furniture Centre, it is a King size Oak furniture land bed. When visiting the shop the lady was very helpful and friendly, the bed was delivered 2 days later. The delivery was on time, the two men were very friendly, they carried the bed upstairs and build it very quickly. Overall the service was brilliant, very happy with our purchase, would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

   Bought our lovely 2 and 4 seater just before Xmas and is was delivered within 4 days. Had a minor problem but was sorted within 24hours. Fantastic quality and unbelievable prices. I cannot rate these guys enough!!! Thank you you xx
