   I ordered two kitchens as I have two houses that I own, laura came out to design them, she was helpful and friendly but she couldn’t stop calling me and pressurised me to get the order in for the kitchens, she got all the measurements wrong and the joiner was very frustrated with her and shocked how inexperienced she was with the measurements, he also had to send back so many items that were damaged as well, she was blaming him but he was not to blame. I had previously had a kitchen designed by them 7 years ago and Lee designed it wonderfully and his aftercare service was truly amazing as he called me up to see if everything was okay with the kitchen, he was a credit to howdens, what has gone wrong?Also I found out that they had an offer on with two bottles of wine and a case of lager for each kitchen designed and I never received either. I honestly believe once laura got the sale she wasn’t interested she just wanted the sale. So I would recommend make sure they deliver before you part with any money because the experience didn’t match the price.

   Staff friendly, very helpful... Lee designed our kitchen and we are so happy and excited.. Can't wait for it to be done.. Thank you howdens for your amazing work... 5 months on what we thought would be the dream kitchen turned out to be an absolute disaster after care was appalling... Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!

   .communication was poor. Pieces missing from our order, delaying the install. And designer ordered small drawer for oven when we asked for the large. No sink or floor ordered.rang head office 5 days in a row . Promised to get back to me didn't. Avoid this company.I'll be speaking to trading standards

   Awful experience here this morning. We waited our turn to speak to the guy behind the counter at which point we were the only ones in the shop. We asked for some guidance and assistance for the project we had in mind but after 5 minutes or so of being repeatedly told "look over there" "just decide" and "its not that hard" it was clear we were not going to get any. We therefore left the shop and will not be returning and we will not be recommending anyone else to attend either. Some of the worst 'customer service' ever experienced. (For reference we have now spoken to another branch and it appears this attitude is NOT company wide which is reassuring)
